For our own purposes, we process contact, account, subscription and necessary operational information to answer enquiries, provide the service, administer payment and protect it.
Customer data
Where a customer enters personal data in its Kalends organisation, that customer is normally the controller and Kalends the processor. That processing will be governed by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where GDPR gives you that right, and may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
